Return and Refund Policy

Returns:  Gravity will accept returns within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.  All items must be unused and unassembled, be in original packaging with all parts, accessories and manuals.  Products that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.  Orders that are returned and do not meet this criteria are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee and or subject to the cost of replacing the lost parts or accessories.  Returns received after the 30 days of the original purchase will be issued store credit.  If possible, please include the return form sent with the original shipment for fast and easy processing.  If you have questions about your return please call the shop at 970-460-0036 or email us at sales@gravityracks.com. 

The following products/items are NOT eligible for Return:

• Drop-Shipped Products
• Items purchased on Clearance. 
• Products purchased at a discount as "Open - Box" 
• Any "Special Order" Product.  A Special Order Product is a product that Gravity does not typically carry and is only purchased at the request of the customer. 
• Trailer Hitches (These are vehicle specific and ordered for that specific job/customer)
• Shipping costs, if applicable, are not refundable

Refused Shipments - Shipped orders that are refused and shipped back to Gravity will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy plus any additional shipping costs charged to Gravity by the shipping provider.

All returns must be shipped pre-paid with your preferred carrier. You are responsible for the return shipping to Gravity.  Please make sure your package is properly packed and taped for effective and safe transport.  Adding insurance & tracking to the return shipment is recommended and the responsibility of the customer.  Refunds will only be processed once the package is in our possession.  Return shipments marked COD will not be accepted.

Refunds: 

• Refunds will only be processed in the same method as the original payment.  For cash purchases, the customer must provide an alternate card for a processing the return.   Shipping charges are not refundable.  We strive to get returns & refunds processed quickly.  Once your return is received by Gravity, please allow  24-48 hrs to process the return and apply the refund.                                 
• Note:  Depending on the institution, a processed return can sometimes take a up to 7 days to be credited to your account.
