All the products we carry come equipped with a full manufacture's warranty.  Please contact us at sales@gravityracks.com or call us at 970-460-0036 if you would like any information about your specific product.  

Gravity does not determine warranty claims.  The approval of the warranty claim or the denial of the warranty claim comes from the manufacture of the product.  Gravity is here to help with the process and submit all required information to the manufacturer for our customers.  

Required Information for Warranty Claim:

1. Pictures and or video of the specific issue and product are required to submit a warranty claim.  
2. Customer information (email, phone number, mailing address), sales receipt or invoice.
3. A complete manufactures warranty form, if applicable.  Description of what happened and or problem with the product.
