At Gravity we want to get you to the next adventure as fast as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to process orders quickly. Most orders will ship the same day they are placed. At Gravity most of our items ship for FREE! But, in the rare case you did end up paying for shipping or using one of our expedited shipping options here is the Gravity shipping info you may need. Our new order cut off time is 3 pm Mountain Time. Any orders placed/received after 3pm Mountain Time will be processed the following day.
Back Ordered Product - The pandemic has caused sever supply chain issues across many industries and the rack industry is no different. A Back Ordered Product is a product that is currently "out of stock" at Gravity or unavailable from the rack manufactures. If a product you ordered is backordered we will notify you immediately with the status of the product. Gravity will only ship complete orders.

- USPS - Priority - Arrives in 2-3 business days (not guaranteed), weekends and holidays not included.
- First Class Mail - Arrives in 3-7 business days (not guaranteed), weekends and holidays not included.
- UPS Ground Shipping - Arrives in 4-7 business days (not guaranteed), weekend and holidays not included.
- UPS - 3Day Shipping - Arrives in 3 business days (guaranteed), weekends and holidays not included. Orders must be placed before 3pm Mountain Time in order to be processed and taken to UPS. Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays or after 3pm Mountain Time on business days will be delivered by the 4th following business day.
- UPS - 2Day Shipping - Arrives in 2 business days (guaranteed), weekends and holidays not included. Orders must be placed before 3pm Mountain Time in order to be processed and taken to UPS. Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped the following day. Orders place on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays or after 3pm Mountain Time on business days will be delivered by the 3rd following business day.
- UPS - Next Day Air - Arrives the next business day (guaranteed), weekends and holidays not included. Orders must be placed before 3pm Mountain Time in order to be processed and taken to UPS. Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays or after 3pm Mountain Time on business days will be delivered by the 2nd following business day
- International Shipments - Gravity does NOT offer international shipping.
- Note - The total of days in transit does NOT include the day the package is actually shipped from our location. The calculation for the total number of days in transit begins one day after the package is initially picked up by UPS. - Damaged Shipments - Please contact Gravity immediately upon receipt of any damaged shipment to note the damage, begin the claims process and get a replacement part or product sent out.
Other Shipping Info:
- Gravity uses UPS or USPS for all shipments within the continental USA and USPS for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and all Military addresses. USPS deliveries can be subject to additional shipping charges. At which point the customer will be contacted by Gravity before processing the order.
- Gravity reserves the right not to ship any order placed on gravityracks.com. If this happens the customer will be notified by phone or email.
- Over-sized items may take longer than estimated shipping time from shipping options above. Certain over-sized and specialty items may have additional shipping charges. These additional charges are noted on the product page.
- Products damaged during shipping must go through a claims process, but will be replaced by Gravity and be shipped directly to the customer. Most approved replacement warranty parts will be shipped from the manufacture directly to the customer.
